CI think what I would do in your position is:
- check the rating of your PSU just in case
- upgrade the GPU and storage
- upgrade the PSU and/or case if necessary
- wait and save money
- upgrade to AM5 motherboard, X3D CPU, DDR5 RAM, and a better CPU cooler
Ahard to decide cuz current pc it needs lot things to replace for upgrade but pricey

Aa 360mm cooler is overkill for a 7800x3d, it wont pull more than 140w
CI want it to run cool and quiet, and ideally be upgradable
Aair coolers are quiet af these days, with a pump you are adding extra noise tbh

A6600 xt is better than 2070 in long term so it can last me decades and able to play bazzite-deck just fine.

Atop ones are 82 and 83, at full load, with their stock fans at 38db
CAlso a 7700X with the fans barely spinning lol
Aswap the fans with some T30 and you can get mid 70s

Afor example, the frost spirit 140v3 can fit three T30s and you can get mid 60s with that setup

Ayes, but the 7600xt is even better and will last longer since it has 16gb of vram and can deal with recent vram demanding games

Ai already had enough with my gpu artifacts due to driver bugs or system corruption who knows lol.
Aif you are fine with the stock ones, you can skip that part, but if you want to go nuts and making a quiet af build, yeah you could swap the fans
