Tprobably not. there's issues with duplicates that will show up too. bazzite is reliant on fedora kinoite and silverblue and this is an issue that affects them too. if you can rename it, you would probably have to play around with GRUB and even that i cant tell you for sure would work

KBoxes works fine here too, or you can layer something
Jbut Boxes doesn't come with KDE
