The little silver nub… it slips into one of two holes on the grip for either straight or 15angle. That pin is 2.5mm round. The vkb adapter has an m3 screw in the same location that does not fit into the grip. Prevents the grip from seating all the way.

I replaced the M3 screw with a M2.5 screw and while it's a little loose should prevent the grip from twisting and shorting out the contacts.

Not normal. Start from scratch and make sure you have threaded correctly. mine is tight as with the F-16 grip.

Hello Smitty, thanks for looking into this. I tried to see of I can delete and recreate setting but not sure if its doable, I cloned Ka50 to come up with Ka-50_3 so entry is in the XML file uploaded. However I don't see 'Ka-50' itself and that's been the case before I cloned Ka-50 for Ka-50_3.

Game stays running, the TelemFFB states Current Aircraft as Unknow (No much), upon starting Ka-50_3 flight.

Other aircraft like Mi-24, Mi-8MT, UH-1, the TelemFFB is kicking in fine and effect starts as configured, If not, restarting the TelemFFB fixes and effect starts after it was restarted. Just Ka-50 is keep staying as Current Aircraft Unknown and Telemetry stays at '"Waiting for Data'.

the line at 863 is frequency = float(rrpm) / 45 * blade_ctfrequency = float(rrpm) / 45 * blade_ct so for some reason it isnt getting rotor rpm (rrpmrrpm) I dont have dcs to test any further, maybe Number481 can figure out why

There's an issue with the pattern match for the Ka50 in the telemffb export script. Sorry, its the only heli I dont own so I never do any testing with it. I grabbed the trial and found the issue. I will push a update to the repository later. In the meantime you can use this export script. Just replace the one that is in your TelemFFB/export folder. When you restart TelemFFB it will install it into the DCS folders.

Tried to search for a solution for a F-16 problem but found only comments and confirmations about the existence of the problem. F-16 has quite bad FFB feeling in y-axis compared to any other module (some damping and very weak spring forces). Apparently it is due to DCS FFB output and not a Rhino issue as such. However, has anyone found good settings to fly F-16 with the Rhino or are there any other workarounds to make it more precise?

Question for someone who knows more than me. So I’ve been messing with my rhino a bit and am loving it so far! I noticed that in dcs everything works smoothly, however in msfs with telemffb at least in the a2a piper, it likes to be smooth but then it “catches” in a direction on occasion and you need to pull it back to where you had it. It’s not a huge movement, but enough to feel a bit weird. Is this just because of the lack of native ffb, something configured wrong, or just a quirk of that aircraft? I haven’t tried doing much as I’m still getting an understanding of the software, but I figured I’d ask.

Might be the “lateral force” (uncoordinated turn) effect. You can try turning that off in the TelemFFB settings.

I am having an issue in the DCS F-14 that I'm hoping someone can help me with. When flying from the pilot's seat the Rhino works beautifully, with excellent force feedback effect.
However, if I jump into the rear seat, the stick will slowly move almost all the way to the rearmost position. I use the Rhino as the RIO hand controller, but the same happens if I leave the Rhino unassigned for the RIO.
When I then return to the pilot's cockpit, the stick is then way out of position (almost all the way back), and trimmed to that position. I have to hold the stick forward with full force until I can trim it to a usable level (maybe 20 seconds of holding trim). Is there any way to prevent jumping to the RIO cockpit changing the trim?

Yeah, can confirm it's a bug with F-14. Once in RIO seat the trim center drifts to either extent
