Connecting tunnel to Windows Server client's IIS-hosted site, getting 521 when connecting to domain

I'm trying to connect to a website that's available via IIS but it's not connecting right.

i type http://shamballo-iis.com into my windows server PC and it works fine

but when i type http://www.shamballo.com into any other PC i get a 521 error
