VI mean, it's likely to be ~400-500 for him due to drop outs, but still it's gonna take a bit
PAnyway to adjust the stick so there is a constant fwd pressure on it when the stick is neutral? Read the blue angels have a spring that pulls the stick forward so there is also pressure when when at center. Any way to accomplish this
ASo general grip question — I have a rhino (obvi based on my role color), and had it for a while, and I’ve been using the Virpil Constellation Alpha with it this entire time. However I’ve had this grip for a few years and I think it’s just getting a bit worn out, and can almost like creak or shift microscopic amounts when I’m using higher rhino forces. I’ve been considering getting a new grip, and while an easy path would be the alpha prime, I kinda got my eye on the vkb gunfighter ultimate 4 (or whatever it’s called). I like that it’s metal, I like the aesthetic, and probably most importantly I can get it without the twist axis, which is where I am getting some of that creak/slippage at higher forces despite having the lock bolt tightly in place). Anyways, just wanted to check, this grip should work fine with the rhino, correct? Would just need to get the adapter kit Walmis sells (I assume). The other question would be, does anyone else here have that grip and how do they like it with the rhino?

VYou need the adapter and you also need the black box (from VKB) as it uses that to communicate with PC, the adapter is just a physical cable passthrough.
The grip is awesome, you have plenty of buttons to bind and I love it. Can't see myself going back to other Virpil, WW or TM grips just because they all have less buttons than this

VAnother thing to point out is that the adapter is only for "Gunfighter III" style of grip with the Rev.B adapter. They changed it to a TRRS style in Gunfighter IV config so the adapter won't work in this case unless you butcher it and make your own hard connnection
FAlso the mcgu is pretty heavy(being metal) so if you use a long extension prepare to activate some compensation

TI don’t really fly the 16, but I like it for everything I do fly, 18, 64D, AV8B etc

Aor is there physically no diff between Gunfighter 3 vs 4 relative to the rhino, so i should just get the 3 grip so the adapter will work?

VIf you manage to fetch the grip made for GF III base, it will work with the current adapter. If you get grip for GF IV base, you will have to DIY the connection yourself as the adapter is made for GF III type connector.

VI mean, financially it really doesn't make sense to go to VKB grip unless you are already in possession of one as you require additional things to make it work
Jor want something specific like the mcgu because it is full metal
AThe more buttons and metal appeals to me. Also dig the aesthetics 
ABut there is a simplicity to the virpil stiff, just kinda bugs me they come with a twist grip and that the lock has started to loosen a bit over the years. Kinda just want to have something that never twists heh
Amcgu is my favorite grip so far, I wasn't too fond of the hats on mongoos and the mcgu fits my hand better
