Val 62 Error Code

I keep getting Val 62 error code after changing to a new router. Pls help me

press the windows key and search for “cmd”
Right click Command Prompt
Click “Run as administrator”

You should be able to now; type in this new window

Enter:
sc delete vgc
Then enter:
sc delete vgk
