permanent suspension
can anyone here hear my complaint
I just came back from out of town and haven't logged into my account for almost 3 weeks
After I logged back in I found that my account had been permanently banned
I have sent several tickets, the answers are like copy paste
and accused me of using a third party program and also stated that my device was banned, but the device I used was not banned but only my account
what steps should I take?
I already feel depressed because of this
and I can swear that I have never used any device or software
