Transfer to the team account and IP address
Could you confirm that when I transfer to my team account IP address is not changed and I should not change my DNS settings?

Neither the hobby nor the pro accounts have static IP's. you should not use IP addresses as they are dynamic and will change every so often leaving you with downtime or SSL errors, it's only a matter of time.
Railway doesn't yet offer static IP's so If your domain provider does not support root level cnames you would have to use cloudflare's nameservers, after you have your custom domain setup properly with cnames there won't be downtime....
