For Linux generally an AMD GPU will be far less hassle (they just work out of the box) and give you less issues. A 7600XT should be reasonably affordable. If you need cheaper, try a 6700 or 6750XT maybe.
That's what im saying. So much potential even though mobile Linux is way more niche than desktop. That's ok though, i think it could improve down the line with enough interest
