Hello, @Erko! Are you referring to this Shinobi Kami Grenade finish?

It is a Shinobi Kami-exclusive throwable, @Erko. It can trigger all the unlocked elimination effects of the matching firearm finish. You will need to unlock the elimination effects on the Shinobi Kami M416 first to be able to use the effects on the throwable.
So I only have skin bombs and if I don't get m416 I won't have kill messages
