FDumb question, the installer didn't save my hostname, and /etc/hostname is random gibberish. Can I clear that out and set what I want, or is there a more official way?

Tyes you should be able to clear it out and put what you prefer on the first line, save it, and it should stay with that name with multiple reboots

FYes.
FRunning them in the container terminal works just fine, but exporting them and launching via BoxBuddy does not.
