i frayed the crotch of my suit
after wearing it for 3 hours
it's not torn but the fabric's texture has changed
can a tailor fix this suit supply navy suit?
and can they reinforce the crotch area?

it sounds like it would need a patch more than anything

If the fabric is pilling it can be a fit issue or a fabric issue.

how well do the pants fit otherwise? if it's pilling like that because it's too tight then reinforcing the crotch won't be a permanent fix
reinforcing the crotch is usually an individual tailor's choice - whether they have the skill, how bad the pilling is, if there's suitable fabric (ex cuffs) to patch it with.
