VSo if an app runs on 22.08, is it better to upgrade to a newer runtime or leave it be
KThey ratchet so I would always build against the newest stable runtime you can
KUsers can always pick a different runtime / older version if they need to
VOk cool, I was going to assume newer = better in relation to flatpak lol
VUpgrading the runtimes makes the build fail
