You can force a rebuild of initramfs with sudo touch /etc/bazzite/initramfs/rebuildsudo touch /etc/bazzite/initramfs/rebuild
Next reboot it will rebuild initramfs without conflicting with bazzite-hardware-setup as bazzite adds some device specific stuff to initramfs which you would overwrite with a normal

rpm-ostree initramfs

command because rpm-ostree handles initramfs a bit stupidly
