nvk toggle should be updated to account for proprietary Nvidia driver images

if nvidia image apply nouveau blacklist
if any non nvidia image, remove nouveau blacklist

this is handled by bazzite-hardware-setup

if it doesnt work you boot into the ostree:1 option in grub and that is your old image
