NIdk if this is what ur talking about, but if you are not full screen alt+enter fixed the problem for me
Aare you saying the riot application doesn't launch?
Zfor example , I hover over the valorant icon in the task bar , then i click on it and it doesent open becuase when I first played it I tried to get the reesolution fixed for my monitor and cannot open the game (see it)
ACan you see the actual game window when hovering or in win + tab?

Zi can see the game window yes but when i clik on it the game doesent show on screen.
AAfter you’ve clicked on it, are you able to press alt + enter to force it into windowed mode?
