Fright, I understand. there's two conflated terms here, packaging and building. you want to build a package (alternatively known as packing a package). Regularest was making a small joke about building the driver itself (as in, compile the code into a functional binary), because nvidia's driver code isn't open source, you can't do that.
KYou would have to make a custom image for this

SSo i was able to regenerate grub but mu deck keeps booting into windows rather than bazzite
SWhen i do minus + power to manually boot into bazzite, i have to press b to stop it from auto booting
SAnd then the screen is the incorrect orientation
