M@BearFOX it also pops up when you sit your cursor in upper-left of the screen. It used to appear in alt-tab KDE overlay too
Hxwaylandbridge does not like capturing resolutions bigger than 1080p and it hates that you resize the window you capture
BThe window is dolphin emulator fullscreened, my monitor is 1080p, set dolphin to render the games internally at 720p
