Finding Cloaks and wearing mediaeval cloaks
Heyy so I am looking for a lighter but still warm mediaeval cloak but I was having issues finding places that even sell them. So I just came to ask does anyone have any suggestions on styles of cloaks I should look into or even where to find them also btw I’m 6ft 1 if that matters. I thought of ones similar. Though just checking for maybe better information.
I should really mention it’s not at all urgent and I wouldn’t mind buying off someone, I just really love the designs of cloaks rather than jackets. Also if you can try to keep the price under 160$ as I will most definitely be fine with spending a pretty penny on these but I also don’t have crazy money but I’ll be using this as my future jacket for as long as I can.

searching for 'hooded cape' may also help
Thank you I’ll check it out
Yeah find a cosplayer/costume maker, maybe see if townsends has anything like that, though they are a few hundred years later
I love this idea!
Some googling should give you respected vendors at renaissance festivals, one of those would be a good bet. Also, there's a massive LARPing event up in Canada called...beco I think? Good rabbit hole to jump down
