I am not too experience with fedora. I downloaded docker repo into yum, I did yum update but rpm ostree download old docke in v1 what I had before. During installation is info that docker is cached.
What should I do to get new docker?

power management is not in that list anymore
PPD is set to balanced on login is the issue, only workaround i found so far is to

tuned-adm profile powersave

tuned-adm profile powersave

on login
doesnt update in the battery widget, but it sets the profile to powersave at least on kde login

there is probably a way better way to get around this though

if it doesnt work for you, add this to a script file, make it executable and set it to run on login and you will be set to power save mode on desktop as default.
not quite sure where kde keeps the default power profile to use on login, but this will at least give you the desired effect when you log in the first time.
