HMore precise: the trackpad of the device - External devices are working

KSteam drives desktop input, including the keyboard
HHmm I see it is not working in steam 
HSomehow I think after fresh installation it worked
HBut doing some tests with the dual sense controller showing the trackpad is working
HThink I got it. There was no valid controller layout set for desktop mode. Now it works somehow

Msteam big picture mode is basically 1:1 with game mode in terms of UI these days
