Ci'm on a different ISP and i'm also in india but it's working for me. i also tried with the same ISP as well and couldn't reproduce on our end
MWe're seeing a couple of requests that took about 3-4s (Pro plan, R2 bucket in WEUR region), Ray-id's
8598836708010ead-AMS and 85988361d82e0ead-AMS. Request time was approximately Thu, 22 Feb 2024 16:12:56 GMT. I don't see any (public) follow-ups on r2 regarding higher response times, nor any active incidents, but I do find it odd that most requests are sub 100ms, and then a few take significantly longer. If there's something we should adjust on our side to have somewhat more predictible response times, I'd really like to know.
DCan someone please clarify if we are allowed to use R2 to store and serve Large amount of images & videos to masses? Can we use Cloudflare CDN to proxy through, so that we can have custom domain. I see alot of community posts saying that it's not allowed to serve non-HTML content, referring to some 2.8 Clause which I myself cannot find.
KServing video and large objects through R2 is fine.
KKUnless you are an Enterprise customer, Cloudflare offers specific Paid Services (e.g., the Developer Platform, Images, and Stream) that you must use in order to serve video and other large files via the CDN
KWorkers KV, Durable Objects and R2 fall under the Developer Platform

WHow are public bucket requests billed on r2? I cant seem to find any concrete docs on this.
Was far as I can tell the requests seem to be getting counted as B class requests but not quite sure
WI have a custom domain but it seems to be making a single request each time or more
