I had the same issue, u just need to open riot client, even if its just running in the background, wait for it to update the game (Updating the game is causing that) It will fix itself after the update is completed

Also if your game is installed in a HDD instead of SSD that caused me to have major delays and problems, if you ahve the possibility re install it on an SSD
