AYes, I installed the necessary things.
SDowngrading to node v19.x fixes the issue. Would also love to know a fix for higher versions.

TUpdating libopus, for example. The one in djs/opus is 5y old
TNot quite, v1.3 and v1.2 also exists
While that, it seems like there's barely any attention for its issues, especially when compared to the other discord.js org libraries
In any case, for this issue it's easier to use opusscript while this is not fixed
However I myself use v21 and never had building problems with djs/opus
