How does PUBG currency conversion work?

I do want to spend money on this game but after looking at UC prices I found that it was around 33% more than the normal exchange rate (usd to nzd). Is there anyway to get a better offer?

Of what I know Turkish Lira is the lowest. For me that would mean I can buy 8400 UC for ~74 € instead of 100 €.
That would be 26% off. Only requirement is a local bank card.

Tried it now. As a German in Peru I get 355 UC for 3,93€ instead of 4,99€. Visa works well.
