False positive Ban
Hello a month ago my brother got banned because of a keyboard that disconected and connected again and he got unbanned but now support is not doing anything I got banned for the same reason and they are not responding

SIf your ban appeal was denied, no one here can do anything
SVanguard does not ban people for unplugging a keyboard
Pyeah they do acctually got a message telling it was a vanguard error
SI don't know who told you that or where you're getting this information but I can guarantee you it's not possible
SBecause of the fact no one here can do anything I'll now mark this post as solved
PItsGamerDoc told me it was a false possitive because of the usb hub I use
SThat's not the same as a keyboard
SDepending on what usb hub it is. It is possible especially if it's an off brand one
Pthe device that was disconnecting was a keyboard and its a ugreen hub
Sif it was a false positive, you would have been unbanned
SAnd because they didn't unban you, I can't help. You can resubmit one ticket after your main one has been denied
SIf you continue to submit more than that you'll just be blacklisted
