DThe update just bumped the nvidia driver
KKernel bug, should be fixed soon. In the meantime you can do this:
rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-ally:39-stable-20240220that'll get you on the last known good kernel version until this is patched
