You can setup Usaged Based Notifications but no hard limits, most cloud providers are like that

Under Notifications on the left tab, product is "Billing", "Usage Based Billing", and you can add for R2 Operations B/A, or Storage. Nothing for D1 yet

Cloudflare's super cheap, you don't even pay for cached hits on files being served a R2 Custom Domain, it would be somewhat difficult to generate a huge bill without you knowing, but yea I can understand wanting those

Mainly if you allow anyone uploading files or in the case of R2 anyone writing in the DB in the case of D1

Is there a way to separate cloudflare resources? There seems like there is a way to do this, but I can't find out how to do this. I just have one group called <Name>'s Personal<Name>'s Personal.

Create a new account with a burner email (or using <email>+<whatever>@<domain><email>+<whatever>@<domain> if your provider supports it), and then invite your main account to it

If you will always have access to your main account you could use Email Routing if you need a burner email, just keep in mind that if you lose access to the main account and Email Routing gets turned off somehow then you'll be locked out of the account.

but that's the beauty of a custom domain - you're not locked to one email host

Yes, but I mean that if you lose your password on your account and somehow email routing gets turned off, then you can't reset your password because Email Routing is off and so you can't receive password reset emails or recover your account.

Did the "protocol" field on SRV secords get removed and merged into the "name" field? That's a pretty disappointing UI change - I loved how it was seperate compared to other providers.

I understand the format.... but I was explaining how to setup SRV records to someone who is less familiar with managing DNS... and they are confused.

Hi I need help with my account. I lost my 2FA as i changed my phone, and the last time i logged in was probably a year ago when i renewed my domain. i'm trying to log in again to do the same thing. i tried to submit a support ticket and got an error message that an unexpected error occured. so i'm stuck. i can't log into my account. how can i get help?

Hi guys, currently my web and my R2 bucket domain are protected by the same zero trust Application and that web frontend is using assets stored in the R2 bucket. But when the Zero Trust credential timed out and users need to relogin, they always login into the web. When it calls R2 bucket domain, an error returned. Users have to manually go to the R2 bucket domain to authorize access, until then my web can get assets from R2 normally again. Is there any way to simplify this step?

Are you talking about #pubsub-beta? If so, that is still in closed beta, so unless your account has been added to the beta it will not work

Hi Everyone - I am a NoCode dev. I have a domain name which I pointed to cloudflair but than I removed it. it's been 3 days it still shows that its part of cloudflair.
I have removed domain, deleted cloudflair account. but still it's an issue. (I also made sure A and Cname are correct.) - Kindly help.
