A new legion go kernel patch improves the deadzone of the legion go gyro. However, it also changes the raw values of the gyro, which nulls the previous jitter hotfix. This update fixes it.

JProbably not as the Legion Go screen doesn’t support VRR IIRC

RSadly still experiencing black flickering, unfortunately until nvidia supports explicit sync officially there's nothing to be done
KThey support it officially, the problem is nobody else does
KThey dumped it onto the various DE's laps and just said "here's stable, fuck you"
