GThis is one of the proven adapters that was mentioned in the original HDMI 2.1 GitLab bug report
GYou will get 4k 120hz through HDMI, but it will be at HDMI 2.0 bandwidth, so it will be at 4:2:0 chroma subsampling and 8 bit colour
GA DP to HDMI adapter will give you the proper amount of bandwidth
