rpm-ostree restrpm-ostree rest should work. if you try that and it doesn't work let us know. i have that documented

I do have 1 issue with the flatpak version of Vivaldi, it seems to go full screen and if I hit the minimise or windowed buttons in the top right it seems to crash.

What I mean by full screened is that the top bar with all the tabs is still there but the Kde plasma dock is covered up by Vivaldi, any idea on how to fix this?

If not then I guess it is en experimental update done by the Vivaldi team and I will have to switch to firefox temporarily.
