z-tilt problem

hi i have a 500 v core. printing perfect until january. Yesterday i updated the machine. without problems.
When i restarted the machine. i start the problem with z-tilt.

looking for a solution in the discord, i found, that the problem can be a mechanical problem. i check all the extruder, but all is fixed and tight.

do youknow what it could be ?
