Problem Homing X and Y

Hey guys I'm trying to set up a V-Core 3 and having trouble homing X and Y.
When I initialize homing on x it sound jammed and then says - "No trigger on x after full movement"
If I then do y it gives the same error.
Any ideas on what is going wrong? I can't figure out if its a wiring/control issue or a build/mechanical problem.
Happy to send any videos for more info.
