UI turned on development mode so it should be bypassing caching but still experiencing the redirect issue.
DWith development mode on, I'd lean a bit more towards taking a look at your server, rather than Cloudflare.

CI mean it's not possible to not break it and if you had a really simple setup it would be fine

CI don't really think it's conflicting, there is no api for non-enterprise, it wouldn't be in base enterprise anyway, it'd be something you have to ask for specifically

CThere's a flag for it and everything, so I'm pretty sure it exists. If you were asking for your own purposes/wanting to get Enterprise to use it, I would ask sales/your account manager.
