HAN colo be operational? I'm living near that colo and it always seems to be 're-routed' to HKG. Sometimes Vietnam (actually 3 or 4 times a year) has some international outbound traffic issue and that affect on load speed on cloudflare CDN.

INo. Even though they have Cloudflare compatibility, they still have a lot of differences with Cloudflare (support for different node modules, different runtime, other smaller differences) so Wrangler is still going to be a more accurate representation of the Cloudflare Workers runtime running in production.

CIn the Desktop Client if you go to cog wheel -> Preferences, under General, it should have "colocation center" as well

For example, I'm in Upstate NY and pretty much everything I connect to goes to Chicago (ORD) or New York (EWR) (both WARP enabled), including Google/Cloudflare. So enabling WARP doesn't really touch latency to Google/etc and sometimes helps latency to some external sites (since CF Routing).
However, you're going over the underwater cables and there is probably Google/etc DC's within your country.

GAre there any security risk of releasing your account hash?
Guessing no because im trying to load images in the from end in the form of an image link from cloudflare but that contains the account hash

HThere is not. For it to be usable, they would need access to your account
