Di notice the cursor feels more responsive in bazzite compared to kinoite. Is this because of the kernel tweaks+mesa+scheduler, etc?

Acursor is blit by the gpu directly to the monitor, i dont even think it passes through the kernel
Athats why when the kernel freezes you can still use your mouse

KCan't promise exact time but there will be testing images and we strive to release stable same day as upstream
