TR2 is pretty cheap tho, except you are storing hundreds Gig a day, the price will be really low
CYou can setup Usage Based Notifications under Notifications -> Billing for R2 Storage/Class As/Class Bs, so that it would email/warn you before you exceed free allocation as well

KR2 doesn’t return a full URL to the file because the API isn’t aware of all of the ways you might have allowed access to it. You need to construct the link yourself by concatenating the file key
