I've worked with tcs34725 before it give good results but it can be effected a lot with day light or indoor light, and you have to reprogram your MCU, so... I don't recommend it, I haven't worked with the other you can try it

You can cover it with resin epoxy it's more affordable, you just mix it and pour it in the box, don't worry anymore about over heating or short cercuit, yes you won't be able to see or work on it but it will work out, tell me what you think
