error 404 files not found

while installing
Manjaro , desktop environment, (xfce and lxqt both returns same i haven't tried 3rd one)
the photos are of xfqt
and vncserver-start returns errors too see photo

reinstalling doesn't help
i ran the commands which you said in announcement
using Denmark but still vncserver-start is not found?

you did not download all the files so you can not start anything till you have done that

are you able to download manjaro (not moded) one ?
i tried many times when the os files starts to download all of them gives error 404 not found? pls help
