Personally I just like the 30 day Web Traffic Analytics (Biz or higher) for requests/status codes, and using HTTP Logpush (Enterprise) for things like WorkerCPUTime by path, etc, and sentry for errors.

I'm just talking about the Web Traffic Analytics in each Cloudflare website, if you have Pro or higher: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/analytics/traffic
For each Worker I disable the workers.dev and use a Custom Domain, never allowing access to anything directly on the workers.dev (for security reasons, everything flows through my waf/custom rules), so everything is in those analytics as well

Pro has those same options/features except with only 7 days of history.
You can even use graphql to get EdgeTimeToFirstByte for some latency data. You'd want something like otel for more exact traces, or Enterprise Logpush Http which has WorkerCpums

For all those actions CF API/dash will simply accept the update, but that has nothing to do with when it'll be rolled out to edge. DNS Updates, Worker Updates, etc can take 30m-a few hours in incidents which happen semi-frequently

BetterKV was created as a way to save money. While KV itself does cache results, requests served from the KV cache are still billed. If they are served from BetterKV's cache instead, they are free(and should perform functionally the same).

In addition, the current version of BetterKV also implements a feature that no longer exists(due to KV v2 being pulled): Exponential background revalidation. Basically, BetterKV will cache values indefinitely, but periodically revalidate the values in the background. You get maximum speed, while not having stale values.

For cacheTtlcacheTtl, it should be in seconds, according to the KV Docs:

cacheTtlcacheTtl is a parameter that defines the length of time in seconds that a KV result is cached in the global network location it is accessed from.
