ONot sure it’s actually working. I applied it to my system and my download speeds are about 50% max via ethernet.
CI thought that toggling it off, it removes the limit and toggling it on, it applies the limit
FI miss the era where 4 cores were the golden standard & anything that had more than it had worse type of cores, hence 4-core Intel best
KIf you have any suggestions on how we might improve the wording on that do let me know and I'll be happy to change it
