That's what I mean. If the firewall is working fine and allowing Cloudflare through but something else is blocking it (i.e. Apache) then you wouldn't see any logs

ufw is just wrapper for iptables, if iptables works for you ufw should do same

(Side note: They're just account preferred. If you want a different one, preset them at your registrar before adding the domain to CF, and it'll pick two new ones)

Can you see the logs of that firewall or no?
