There might be some kind of rate limit on Workers.dev, but it isn't nearly as configurable as a custom domain

I got an answer from Cummunity Call about national TLD support being a complicated matter. .lt.lt TLD is managed by my alma matter KTU. I used to work as network admin there. If you really want to add .lt.lt TLD, I could gladly help (I really want to transfer my .lt.lt domains to CF too, lol). So if you have a person on this task, they can DM me anytime about it.

Then it's just saying it's flattening it because otherwise cnames on apex aren't allowed in dns spec. You still need the record
