How to apply for Extreme+ option?

My device is powerful enough to handle 80, 90, even 120 fps. I don't know why other devices with the same processor have it and this one doesn't. Doesn't make any sense.

S20 FE 5G. It costs nothing to ask. The question is they never tried to optimize it even Samsung itself added new function in the game plug-ins which increases your performance by 20% making the device even more powerful and stable in gaming.
