Hafaik Lenovo makes laptops like that aswell and they sell it under enterprise namebrands which technically means guaranteed Ubuntu support
MI tried one of the dual screen Lenovos and it was not pretty on Linux tbh

Mand there isn’t much in the way of community fixes for laptops outside of gaming models for both Lenovo legion models and asus ROG models, at least not that I was finding
