Did you have to do anything to get coolercontrol to actually control your fans, Kyle, or are you using a fan controller in your fractal?
BI've been able to get coolercontrol to layer at build time, but it never detects any fans
KI am using a Corsair Commander pro
Kjust installing cooler control was enough, no setup
Kalso detects my AMD GPU, my corsair AIO, and my corsair PSU
Kit's down to what liquidctl supports, that's the backend for cooler control

BI may give this another shot. When I was using it, almost all the main hw got detected, but my fans (connected to mobo headers) weren't showing up
Kcontrolling mobo fans may require you to manually load some kernel modules
BBeen debating if I should pick up a decent fan controller that'll fit in my case, and maybe that will work with liquidctl

HDoes anyone know where I could look for a “walkthrough” of different plugins and different things baiter can do? Not sure how to word that fully lol. I’m not new to Linux or anything, but I am new to SteamOS and how the different plugins for bazzite (such as simpledeckytpd) affect the device, but I can’t seem to find any videos or wikis on anything like that. Kjust don't layer unnecessarily. If it works in distrobox or has a functioning flatpak and you layer it you'll make me cry
VThe distrobox for bazzite-arch seems to have had some of major issue for me. Pacman was permanently locked even after a restart, and even after deleting the lock file manually, any interaction with pacman or paru ends with this
