This PR enables F40 *-main images builds with minor caveats:
The F40 builds are nokmods images only, which is the norm since F39.
No mate images are built since our upstream isn't yet building...

In Bazzite we rely on adding things to initramfs for the user, this is done by bazzite-hardware-setup and because the rpm-ostree initramfs command overwrites any previous arguments with the new ones and it is also picky with formatting (you can get the current initramfs arguments from rpm-ostree status | grep -A 4 "●" as opposed to rpm-ostree in...
