i think it somehow came back to our first-boot setup utility even though i removed it previously because it has end of life runtimes, but the bazzite portal is being reworked right now anyways

That is a huge bummer. Folks I play games with will stream using parsec because steam streaming doesn't work between Windows machines and Linux machines very well.

Linux clients: Parsec is undergoing a transition from libva to FFmpeg. Hardware decoding is currently unavailable, but the intention is to bring it back eventually. At the moment you will be able to connect to streams with the slower software decode, using FFmpeg 4 (libavcodec58).

Bummer... Parsec is so much nicer to use imo. Main benefit of it is the ease of use when using it outside of my own WIFI network. Haven't ever been able to set that up properly through sunshine
