Oh it seems to have an impact on the Loki Max, unless something else I'm doing is also improving performance. I had it on balanced performance before and when I moved it to performance mode it was the difference between an unstable 60fps and a rock solid 60fps on more than one game.

unless you explicitly changed your AMD scaling driver, you're most likely on amd-pstate-epp. You don't see an

TLDR, yes to GPU clock controls for feature parity with Steam.
No to CPU boost controls unless you're using a ROG Ally

There are ways to set it via the terminal. It’s in the SimpleDeckyTDP readme. But unless you’re on the Ally it doesn’t seem to help and may hurt. Luckily it’s easy enough to switch back.

Yeah tried it on FF7R It halved the frame rate when set to 2700 I guess it didn’t leave enough juice for the cpu, even tho it would hit 2700mhz at times

Never thought about setting a minimum, gonna have to try that. I have games I routinely hit 99% but CPU isn’t close. I feel like that’ll be most games with the Go though.
