TWhat’s the WiFi issue?

TAh, I’m experiencing that when streaming from my PS5
TI actually had the WiFi completely cut off earlier, it couldn’t find any networks for a bit
TI’ve experienced similar spikes with other devices before, usually came down to location services or it scanning for networks.
TI know someone had previously mentioned changing the congestion algorithm, was that what was done?

WNew to linux here. Running bazzite wayland. When I drag a web browser url from firefox to desktop it creates a sticky note and not a desktop shortcut to the URL. Is there a way to fix this?
Wdragging other shortcuts does nothing as well. nothing shows on desktop
